By registering for this event I agree that Sean Shivnan pharmacy or any other persons associated with organising this event shall not have any responsibility for the liability, financial or otherwise, whether or not by negligence, from direct or indirect loss, injury or death which may be sustained by me from my participation in this event or its related activities and I indemnify the event organiser against all liability arising out of my participation in the event.
I also agree to being photographed, filmed or to have my image recorded in any way in connection with the event. I agree to Whiti Ora using any such imagery in connection with the promotion and reporting of this event.
